Q1 Resort & Spa - Reception Opening Hours

The Q1 Resort and Spa Reception operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note that you can arrive any time after the guaranteed check-in time of 2 PM. Our Reception doors are secured by security personnel at 7 PM. However, there is an intercom located to the left of the main entrance for you to notify our team of your arrival.
