Q1 Resort & Spa - Same Floor Request

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Q1 Resort & Spa. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

We have received your request to be placed on the same floor as another booking. However, we are unable to accommodate this request, as moving between apartments or gathering in one apartment can create noise and disrupt other guests on that floor. We will, however, cross-reference your reservations to ensure that you all have access to the same lift.

The Q1 Resort & Spa offers a variety of facilities, including pools, barbecue areas, a games room, a guest lounge, a cinema room, and dining venues, where families and groups can spend quality time together.
