Q1 Resort & Spa - Same Floor Request

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Q1 Resort & Spa. 

We have received your request to be allocated on the same floor as another booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate this request, as movement between apartments or group gatherings may cause noise disruptions for other guests. We will however, cross-reference your reservations and program your room keys to allow access to each other’s floors, ensuring convenient use of the lifts during your stay.

The Q1 Resort & Spa offers a variety of facilities, including pools, barbecue areas, a games room, a guest lounge, a cinema room, and dining venues, where families and groups can spend quality time together.
