This email requires your acknowledgment and a prompt response. If we do not receive confirmation regarding the details of your reservation, there is a risk of cancellation.

We are writing to inform you that your reservation dates fall within the period of November 21 to December 6, 2026, which coincides with the Schoolies Festival. 

Q1 Resort & Spa does not accept Schoolies bookings. Q1 Resort reserves the right to cancel any booking during this time, all registered guests must be over 21yr to stay at the Resort Guest must check in on scheduled day. Management reserve the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion. If you do not arrive at the property "No Show" you will be charged the total amount of your booking.

To ensure your reservation is secure, please acknowledge receipt of this email by responding via email or by calling us at 07 5630 4500. It is essential for us to confirm that you and all guests traveling with you are over the age of 21 and will not be attending the Schoolies Festival. Please note that the property reserves the right to refuse any booking or evict any guests within the Schoolies age range of 16-21 years.

If you are planning to attend the Schoolies Festival and are under 21 years of age, we offer free cancellations so that you can seek alternate accommodation. However, if you arrive at the resort while being under 21, you will not be able to use the apartment and will still be charged. Please be advised that Q1 Resort & Spa has the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be attending the Schoolies Festival or who does not adhere to our No Party Policy, which you agreed to when you confirmed your booking. The property does not have the necessary resources or procedures to accommodate the specific needs of school graduates during 'Schoolies Week,' nor can it guarantee safety, comfort, and convenience for guests during this period.
