Q1 Resort and Spa - Late Check out

Good morning / afternoon,

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Q1 Resort and Spa.

In response to your request for a late checkout, please note that our standard checkout time is 10:00 AM. If you would like to request a later checkout, we kindly ask that you contact our reception staff on the morning of your departure. They will be able to check the availability based on any new arrivals scheduled for your apartment. The latest checkout time we can offer is 11:00 AM, which is subject to availability. 

If a later checkout is not possible, we can store your luggage for you, and you will still have access to all our resort facilities until your departure. Additionally, we have a residents' lounge on Level 2 where you can relax until you are ready to leave.

For guaranteed late checkout, we recommend reserving your room for an additional night.
