Thank you for your inquiry.

Please be advised that smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments, including balcony areas and evacuation stairwells. Any individual found smoking will incur an immediate fine of $2,000. Failure to pay this fine will result in immediate eviction. Additionally, a second violation will also lead to eviction. This policy applies to cigarettes, vapes, and illicit drugs.

If you are found to have smoked in your apartment or on the balcony, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. Should a room be rendered unusable after your departure due to smoking, you will be responsible for any lost revenue, which will be calculated at the sellable rate for each night the room remains unusable. Registered guests may also be charged for any additional cleaning and damage caused by smoking. Designated smoking areas are available on the Q1 Property. Please inquire at the Q1 Reception for directions.
