Here at Q1 Resort & Spa, we will continue to follow the directions of the Queensland Government. As the situation continues to unfold, we will assist as much as we can with the information received.

If you have booked directly through the resort, we will manage and amend your reservation directly. We have options in place to ensure you can either attend your reservation in the near future or cancel your reservation based on your terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Deposit not processed:

As per your terms and conditions, we are due to process your first-night rate 7 days prior to your arrival date, this deposit is non-refundable, and are due to finalise the balance of your accommodation on arrival. If you are restricted from interstate travel due to COVID-19, and we have already successfully taken the deposit for your reservation, we will have measures in place to ensure your non-refundable deposit is held as a credit for 12 months at the resort.

If you have placed your reservation through a third-party agent, please contact this agent directly to amend/cancel your reservation. If you are restricted from interstate travel due to COVID-19, your agent will provide you with the options available and send through your amended paperwork to us here at the resort. However, please ensure to advise as soon as possible, we would appreciate notice prior to 72 hours of arrival if you will not be arriving. The date amendment can alter the accommodation costs depending on the new dates chosen.

We do understand the nature and uncertainty of this event and continue to react accordingly.
