I am contacting you to re-confirm the terms and conditions for your Presidential Penthouse apartment reservation here at the Q1 Resort & Spa.

PRESIDENTIAL PENTHOUSE: Requires the 1st night accommodation rate as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the full non-refundable balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Please find below our direct deposit details if you would like to choose this method of payment as it will not attract any credit card surcharges.

When making a direct deposit please ensure you quote your confirmation number in the description:

Alternatively, If you would prefer to make payment with the credit card that was supplied for the deposit, please advise, and keep in mind this attracts a credit card surcharge of 1.4% for visa/MasterCard or 2.75% for American express.

Security Deposits and Photo I.D. required on check-in

·An acceptable form of photographic identification will need to be produced at the resort prior to check-in.

·A credit card authorisation (pre-auth) or imprint will be required for at time of check in.

·A credit card authorisation (pre-auth) for Presidential Penthouse is $2000
