A non-refundable deposit for the first night is required and will be processed three days prior to your arrival. The remaining balance for your accommodation will be due upon check-in. 

We kindly ask that you read and understand all terms and conditions associated with your stay.

- A security deposit and a valid photo ID are required.

- Please present an acceptable form of photographic identification at check-in.

- A credit card authorization (pre-authorization) or imprint will be required at check-in. This serves as a security hold on your card, which will be released approximately 5-7 working days after your departure.

- 1 Bedroom Apartments: $300

- 1 Bedroom Family Spa Apartments: $300

- 2 Bedroom Apartments: $300

- 3 Bedroom Apartments: $500

- 4 Bedroom Apartments: $500

- 4 Bedroom Penthouses: $500

- Three Bedroom Celebrity Spa Suite: $1,000

- Presidential Penthouse: $2,000

If you choose to pay by credit card or any other card that uses a credit payment facility, please note that Q1 Management reserves the right to apply a processing fee per transaction to cover administrative costs. Payments made by MasterCard or Visa will incur a 1.4% surcharge, while payments made by American Express will incur a 2.75% surcharge.
