The apartments can accommodate up to the maximum capacities stated above by adding additional bedding at an additional cost of $50.00 for adults / $25.00 for children per bed per night.

Please note these rates are valid for 48 hours and rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rooms are not guaranteed until a reservation is made and your deposit is paid. Please be aware that rooms may sell out between the time of advising this quote and making your reservation so please reconfirm your room type is available when you are ready to proceed with your booking.

Terms & Conditions of your reservation:

Cancellation
Free cancellation outside 3 days of arrival
Up to 24 hours prior to arrival, loss of 1st night deposit paid per room.
Within 24 hours of standard check-in time, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No shows and cancellations after check-in - will be subject to a 100% no-show fee.

Amendments
No amendments pare permitted within 3 days of arrival. By making this booking, you agree to the rates booked and understand that no reduction in booked rates will be considered. All date and room type amendments are subject to availability at the time of request, and may be subject to increased nightly room rates.

Payment
A 1st night non-refundable deposit per room is charged 3 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due to be paid at reception on check-in. 

A non-refundable deposit to the value of the 1st night of accommodation is charged at the time of booking for the Presidential Penthouse with full non-refundable accommodation balance due 14 days prior to arrival. 

Payment in another form must be confirmed with our reservations department prior to this date. Visa & Mastercard payments will incur a 1.4% surcharge. American Express payments will incur a 2.75% surcharge. No other cards were accepted.

Security Bond
A pre-authorization is processed on a credit or debit card which must match the lead name on the reservation paperwork upon check-in, this is held as a security bond for the apartment and is released 5-10 business days after departure: 

1 bedroom apartments - $300

Q1 has a NO PARTY POLICY. Your accommodation will be cancelled and no refunds given if you are booking the room for a PARTY.

Q1 Resort & Spa is not a Schoolies-listed property, your reservation may be cancelled if you are using the accommodation to attend the festival.
