Please note that all of our rates are on a no-housekeeping basis and do not include housekeeping services. If required, these services can be arranged at an additional fee. The housekeeping team will not enter the apartment during your stay. “No housekeeping” means that basic amenities such as shampoo, body wash, towels, tissues, and toilet paper are provided upon arrival only and are not replenished during your stay.

You are welcome to get complimentary replenishes of toilet paper, garbage bags, and soap from reception 24 hours a day.

The apartment has a washing machine and dryer should you need to clean and dry your towels.  If you would like clean towels from reception, these are at a charge of $2.00 each.

There is a rubbish disposal chute on each floor for you to dispose of your rubbish at any time.

Mini Service: Bed’s made, amenities restocked, fresh towels, dirty dishes etc into dishwasher & turned on, rubbish removed, floors checked & cleaned as required.

Full Service: Bed’s made, amenities restocked, fresh towels, dirty dishes etc into dishwasher & turned on, rubbish removed, floors vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms and kitchen surfaces wiped down.
