Q1 Resort & Spa - Credit Card Authority Forms Not Accepted

Good Morning/Afternoon,

Thank you for your email. We hope this finds you well.

Unfortunately the Q1 Resort & Spa do not accept company credit card authority forms for any reservation as per our security policies.

A pre-authorisation is processed on a physical credit or debit card which must match the lead name on the reservation paperwork upon check-in. This is held as a security bond for the apartment and is released 5-10 business days after departure:

1 bedroom apartments - $300

1 bedroom family spa apartments - $300

2 bedroom apartments - $300

3 bedroom apartments - $500

4 bedroom apartments - $500

4 bedroom penthouses - $500

Three bedroom celebrity spa suite - $1000

Presidential penthouse - $2000
