Q1 Resort & Spa - Credit Card Authority Forms Not Accepted

Good Morning/Afternoon,

Thank you for your email. We hope this finds you well.

Unfortunately the Q1 Resort & Spa do not accept company credit card authority forms for any reservation as per our security policies.

A pre-authorisation is processed on a physical credit or debit card which must match the registered name on the reservation paperwork upon check-in. This is held as a security bond for the apartment and is released 5-10 business days after departure:

1 Bedroom Apartments - $300

1 Bedroom Family Spa Apartments - $300

2 Bedroom Apartments - $300

3 Bedroom Apartments - $500

4 Bedroom Apartments - $500

Penthouse-73 - $1,000
