Q1 Resort & Spa - Modernisation Works November 2025 - March 2026

Dear guests and industry colleagues,

From November 2025 until March 2026 inclusive the Q1 Resort ground floor lobby will be closed for modernisation works. During this time our Resort guests reception desk and tour desk will be relocated just outside of the lobby in their own air conditioned shop from 8am to 8pm, as well as a second reception desk open 24/7 on level two of the Resort.

Guests arriving at Q1 Resort should still do so via the main driveway where they will be assisted with checking into their apartment. The lobby renovation works do not affect our facilities at all, we have recently upgraded our Day Spa and our poolside furniture, the entire recreational facilities are looking fantastic for a fun summer in 2025-26.
