I am writing in regard to your Q1 Resort & Spa reservation  #_________________
We have tried to process your deposit to the credit card provided, however this has been declined.
As per the Q1 Resort & Spa terms and conditions of your reservation, the 1st night's accommodation rate is processed as a non-refundable deposit 3 days prior to your arrival and the balance of your accommodation is then payable on your arrival. Please note Visa & Mastercard incur a 1.4% cc surcharge, American Express incur a 2.75% cc surcharge.
