Helpdesk Ticket Categories

This page lists all ticket categories available in the system.

• Click on a category name to edit it's properties
• Click "delete" to remove a category.
• Specify a name and click "Add new" to create a new category.

Category sections

Categories can be organized into helpdesk Sections. Sections are just "folders" that contain categories.
